American farmers spray $16 billion worth of pesticides on their crops annually, yet only 10 percent of it ends up protecting crops. Similarly, of the $30 billion in fertilizers farmers spread annually, only 33% contributes to yield. AgZen uses computer vision and AI to optimize the coverage of droplets of pesticide or granules of fertilizer during spraying, enabling 30 to 50 percent savings on pesticides in row crops while improving yields.
