Zeno Power

Radioiso­tope power systems (RPSs) are an efficient source of energy for activities in extreme or remote envi­ron­ments, such as space, but they’ve never been small enough or cheap enough for commercial use. Zeno Power starts with a fuel source derived from nuclear waste and changes its geometry to reduce radiation, building RPSs that can provide power for commercial satellites, deep-sea mining robots, lunar rovers, arctic communities, and many other contexts.
