Health Gorilla

The US healthcare industry has a long way to go to make its data systems fully inter­op­er­able, so that patient data can be shared easily and securely. Health Gorilla built its patient data platform on the stan­dard­ized Fast Healthcare Inter­op­er­ability Resources (FHIR) application programming interface, putting it in position to act as a national connec­tivity broker between healthcare orga­ni­za­tions. Already, care teams can use its tools to automate retrieval of patient records from most major electronic medical record systems.
