The traditional electronic medical record systems used by hospitals have a hard time accommodating critical time-series, waveform-style information from patient bedsides, such as the data streams from ECGs, ventilators, and SpO2 monitors. Medical Informatics’ cloud-based Sickbay platform allows remote monitoring of any bed via PC, tablet, or phone, and opens up the data for AI-based risk scoring and predictive analysis, helping providers improve the standard of care.
