“Pick and pack” is one of the steps that slow down online grocery ordering and make it more expensive than going to the store. Fulfil builds high-capacity, high-throughput grocery distri­b­u­tion facilities where produce and packaged goods are stored in tall stacks of trays. Fixed robots pull trays from storage and load them onto mobile robots, which drive grocery bags to pickup portals and into the hands of shoppers or delivery drivers.
